Personal Transformation

Personal transformation is the primary outcome of life coaching, which uses a practical and inspirational process based on biblical principles. Personal life coaching is appropriate for a leader who wishes to:
  • Integrate his or her work and faith;
  • Overcome obstacles to be the successful leader God intended;
  • Define or redefine success;
  • Grow spiritually;
  • Transform his or her adversity into his or her destiny; and/or
  • Develop a legacy.


The Seven Step Partnership Process

The Seven Step Partnership Process is one of Larry's distinctive coaching tools. The extent to which it's followed is mutually determined through an assessment of your needs and goals. This process enables Larry to focus on your uniqueness as a leader.

The Seven Step Partnership Process is based on two guiding principles. First, your calling, your decisions, your actions and ultimately your success flows from your relationship and partnership with God. Through this process, Larry helps facilitate your partnership with God as you learn what to surrender to Him and what to take charge of. Second, God blesses through people - He has and will put people in your life to support you, and He is preparing you to serve others. Larry's role (through personal contacts and connections with other resources) is to help connect you with the right people for you.

Step One: Pain - What's your pain?
  • What obstacles do you face that keep you from fully being the success God designed you to be?
    • Identify the primary external issues you face
    • Identify the primary internal issues you face
  • What person or group of people do you have the most compassion for? How do you want to help them?


Step Two: Perspective - Where are you?
  • This stage includes an assessment and evaluation of where you are in relationship to God, others, and your circumstances.
  • Conduct a brief situational analysis to determine your specific needs and goals
  • Together, we determine a process that is tailored to your unique situation


Step Three: Purpose -What has God called you to be and do?
  • Clarify what God has called you to be
  • Discover your unique gifts and talents
  • Identify your core values and principles
  • Create a succinct mission, vision, and values statement


Step Four: Priority - What are the most important priorities in your life?
  • Assessment of your present priorities
  • Create an ideal vision of where you want your priorities to be
  • Create a life balance; finding the balance between work, family, and personal time


Step Five: Prosperity - How do you define success?
  • Determine your personal definition of success
  • Assessment of financial freedom vs. financial slavery
  • Create a clear statement of personal, professional, and financial success


Step Six: Process - How will you achieve your vision of success?
  • Create the ideal "signature day" -How can you live each day to the fullest
  • Create a daily process that makes each day a victory as you work toward your vision
  • Finding the balance between success and significance
  • Finding the balance between achievement and contentment
  • Establishing the right "life-pace" for your personality
  • Discovering the art of appreciation - finding the balance between experiencing God in the present vs. striving toward the future


Step Seven: Platform - What's your story?
While God longs for you to overcome your obstacles and be a success, He ultimately wants you to join Him in making a difference, impacting others and leaving an eternal legacy. Your success story isn't a testimony of how great you are but of how great God is.
  • We communicate the essence of who we are in Christ every day, through our actions and written and verbal communications
  • Learn how to communicate your faith in the way most comfortable for you
  • Learn how to write from the heart. Whether you are a leader who needs to connect stakeholders to a corporate mission or a father who wants to pass on his core values to his kids, learn to articulate your God-given "essence" to others
