The primary goal of life coaching is personal transformation. In life coaching, Larry Julian focuses on the growth of the whole person. This involves one-on-one work to help you transform your work into your worship, your adversity into your destiny, and your life into your legacy. Business coaching focuses on interpersonal and organizational transformation. In this process, Larry works with leaders to improve their leadership skills and/or impact their organization. This work commonly involves strategic planning, teambuilding, and leadership development. Larry also coaches leaders who have a passion to write a book. In this component, Larry coaches prospective authors to prepare them for the writing and publishing process.  |
